Terms of Use — NoteDraft

1. Acceptance

By installing or using NoteDraft you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Your content is yours

You retain all rights to the notes, lists, files, and other content you create. Your content is stored locally on your device; we have no access to it and claim no ownership over it.

3. Your responsibility for data

Because NoteDraft stores data on your device, you are responsible for keeping backups. We are not liable for data lost through device loss, damage, uninstalling the app, clearing storage, or forgotten encryption passwords — encrypted content cannot be recovered without its password.

4. Acceptable use

Use NoteDraft only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to store or distribute unlawful content, or attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the app.

5. Purchases

NoteDraft is free and shows no ads. The free tier has creation limits; an optional one-time "Premium" purchase unlocks them. Premium and optional tips are processed by Google Play; their terms and refund policies apply.

6. No warranty

NoteDraft is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app is error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

8. Termination

You can stop using NoteDraft at any time by uninstalling it — see how to delete your data. We can discontinue the app; your locally stored data and exports remain yours.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumer protections of the country you live in are not affected.

10. Changes & contact
