Terms of Use — NoteDraft

1. Agreement

By installing or using NoteDraft you accept these terms.

2. Your content

Everything you create in NoteDraft is yours. It is stored on your device; we have no access to it and claim no rights to it.

3. Backups and passwords

Your notes exist only on your device and in the backups you make. A lost or broken phone, an uninstall or cleared storage deletes them. A forgotten password cannot be reset: what it locks stays locked. Keep backups. We are not liable for data lost this way.

4. Use

Use NoteDraft lawfully. Do not reverse-engineer, tamper with or disrupt it.

5. Premium

NoteDraft is free, with no ads. A one-time Premium purchase removes the free creation limits. Google Play's terms and refund policy apply to it.

6. YouTube

YouTube videos play through YouTube API Services. By playing YouTube videos in NoteDraft you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

7. No warranty

NoteDraft is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is the amount you paid for the app. Your rights under your country's consumer law are not affected.

9. Ending

You can stop using NoteDraft at any time by uninstalling it (delete your data). We can discontinue the app; your data and exports stay yours.

10. Governing law

Indian law governs these terms. Consumer protections where you live still apply.

11. Changes and contact
