1. Agreement

Installing or using Shinylens means these terms apply.

2. License

Use the app for any lawful personal or business purpose. Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute it.

3. What the app does

Shinylens edits photos on your phone with classic image processing. Your photos and the work you make with them are yours.

4. What it doesn't do

It doesn't use AI, and it doesn't store your photos anywhere but your phone. It doesn't guarantee that a form or passport photo meets an office's rules: check them before you submit. It may have bugs.

5. Your responsibility

Your edits live only on your phone. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it deletes them: use Settings › Back up first.

Edit only photos you have the right to use.

6. Ads and purchases

Every tool is free. The Profile page shows one ad from Google AdMob; Remove ads, a one-time purchase on Google Play, turns it off. There is no subscription. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

7. No warranty

The app is provided as-is, without warranties of performance, accuracy or compatibility with your phone.

8. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability is the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 10. Indirect losses, such as lost data, are excluded. Local consumer protections still apply.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it: Delete your data. We can stop publishing or updating the app; the photos and data on your phone stay yours.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Local consumer protections still apply.

11. Grievance officer

If something in the app or on this site is wrong, write to our grievance officer, Riyazuddin Mohammad, at support@wriko.cloud, or by post to AAS Codeworks, 30/354, Malakapatnam, Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh 521001, India. We reply within 48 hours.

12. Changes and contact
